Soon, we’ll be making a cordial with tamarind and other secret ingredients. Not before we go through a lot of possibly unnecessary work to hull tamarind pods. It’s sort of like an activity a Montessouri school would give their kids, shelling these things. I like it. More to come as we add booze to the mixture.
